“I am not afraid…I was born to do this.”
—Joan of Arc
Renee is passionate about self healing, levels and stages of consciousness and personal growth. With a burning desire to empower others, she encourages her clients to listen to their inner guidance and break out of programmed beliefs.
Trained extensively with Dr. Donald Epstein, founder of Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI) in Denver, Colorado, Renee artfully practices this modality, which incorporates the body and breath, while creating a supportive and safe space for transformation to occur.
Somato (body) Respiratory (breath) Integration connects you with your body’s rhythms and inner wisdom through focused attention, gentle breath, movement and touch. It takes you out of the mental chatter and into a realm of body consciousness, bringing clarity to what is most important to you.
SRI provides you with a means to become more present with yourself and others. Your values will change as you gather insights from your internal wisdom. When a shift happens in your body, a shift happens in your life.
Renee is the founder of Web of Life Healing Center in Cortland, N.Y., and hosts life-changing healing retreats, yoga classes, lectures and workshops. Renee's family includes two beautiful daughters, Madison, who is 13, and Emily, now 10, and they currently live outside of Cortland, NY.
"It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society..."
– Krishnamurti
"...rather, our greatest work is to find and learn to understand the language of the heart."
– Sue
Sue Hirschberger has traveled in Australia, learning from the Aboriginal People of Northern Territory, as well as having spent time with Mayan elders in Mexico, and in the US, learning from Lakota and Haudenosaunee traditions, developing an understanding of what it means to move with a deeper understanding of ourselves in relationship to each other and the bigger web of life.
As a Life Empowerment Coach, Sue recognizes that nature is an internal rhythm mirrored in our external world, and that our health depends on the balance of the two. Sue's work integrates her understanding of the basic principles of Quantum Field Theory and ancient healing techniques of indigenous cultures, thus bridging science and spirituality, allowing us to better see our relationship to the whole.
Sue holds a master's degree in education, as well as 15 years in leadership and facilitation. She has certification as a Wisdom Keeper for Don Miguel Ruiz's Four Agreements, and apprenticed for two years with Drumming Journeywork, which is an ancient and universal technique for focalizing the mind for intentional inner work. Sue works with individuals who are wishing to release old fears, access authentic life purpose, and find the courage to live ones greatest potential. She has had a private practice in the United States since the early '90's.
Sue has two remarkable children, a 26 year old daughter, Katie, and a 21 year old son, Jonathan, each independently living their own dreams. Sue is currently living outside of Ithaca, NY.
